Since starting his career in 1988 at Tante Koosje*, Ayt Ems has refined his craft at prestigious establishments including De Mariënhof*, De Nederlanden**, Brockhorst, and D.O.M.** (São Paulo).
Through his innovative approach, Ayt offers a sincere homage to his roots, enchanting every guest with his exceptional culinary artistry.

Whether it’s a birthday, wedding anniversary, wedding, engagement, birth, or communion, we offer tailor-made celebrations for up to 60 guests. For seminars, we provide space for up to 30 people, with the option to combine this with our suites.
